Audrey Lam is an artist filmmaker based in Melbourne. Her films have been widely screened, including at BFI London Film Festival, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Visions du Réel, Prismatic Ground, Asian Film Archive and the Centre Pompidou. Audrey is an alumnus of Locarno Filmmakers Academy, Asialink Arts, and the Fondazione Antonio Ratti Advanced Course. She is a 2024 Sidney Myer Creative Fellow and a Studio Program resident at the City of Melbourne’s Meat Market.

Audrey’s debut feature film, Us and the Night -- which she produced, wrote, directed, shot and edited -- had its Australian premiere at the 2024 Melbourne International Film Festival where it was nominated for the Blackmagic Design Australian Innovation Award. It has since been screened at festivals and cinemas in Europe, Asia, and North and South America.

Since 2018, she has programmed several film seasons in Australia, including at the National Gallery of Victoria, Art Gallery of New South Wales, and Queensland Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art. She has also curated programs at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and Open City Documentary Festival.
